Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
Tracey’s Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga classes are informative, challenging and fun. Tracey’s style of teaching is in keeping with the authentic counted method, as taught by her teacher, world-renowned John Scott, and the lineage of the practice. The practice is for everyone, there is no ‘one size fits all’ so Tracey’s approach is very individual, taking care of each student so that they work within their own abilities while respecting and listening to their body. Over the last 16 years, Tracey has a developed a deeper understanding of the human body, how it works and how to intelligently get the most from your practice and continue improving.
Tracey sees the practice as, first and foremost, a breathing practice that works on the mind/body connection so that you are better equipped to lead a more peaceful life which in turn will have a profound effect on your relationship with other beings. Everything else is a by-product of the practice. Tracey attracts students from all walks of life, and whatever your motive is, her intention is to pass on the technique as passed to her, so that you too have the tools and the ‘know how’ to find your own Santosha, joy and contentment.
Tracey runs drop-in classes for all levels and workshops at Bounce Gym, New Malden, London KT3 4HE.
